I am working on a workflow and need to allow re-enrollment for contacts who meet the enrollment criteria again after being unenrolled. Currently, I am facing an issue where a contact who meets both the enrollment and unenrollment criteria is not getting re-enrolled.
Could you please guide me on how to enable re-enrollment in the workflow so that contacts can be enrolled multiple times if they meet the enrollment criteria again after being unenrolled?

@PDelfinHipoliwhen you click into the enrollment criteria, the left sidebar opens. In the left sidebar, you should then see a tab for reenrollment. Can you please share a screenshot of that?

Can you please share a screenshot of your enrollment and unenrollment criteria?
Generally, if you set unenrollment criteria, these are obeyed unconditionally. You would have to adjust them so that the contacts you want to enroll don't meet them.
